Free educational materials and in-store signage are available to retailers through the It’s Everybody’s Business program and can be ordered online. Some of the materials listed are available in PDF format and can be downloaded directly from the web site to your computer.
Retailer materials include helpful tools such as a 15-minute employee training video in either DVD or VHS format; training manuals; various employee handouts; attention-getting customer signage; and many other items.
